Archiving Policy

International Journal for Research in Advanced Computer Science and Engineering (IJRACSE) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, integrity, and accessibility of all published scholarly content. The journal adopts reliable digital archiving systems to safeguard the academic record and maintain uninterrupted access to its publications.

PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN)

All published articles are securely archived through the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) , a distributed digital preservation service developed by the Public Knowledge Project. This system ensures that journal content is preserved across multiple independent and geographically distributed nodes.

The distributed nature of PKP PN protects the journal’s content against data loss, technical failures, cyber risks, or potential discontinuation of the journal website. As a result, all published materials remain permanently accessible even if the primary hosting platform becomes unavailable.

Purpose of Archiving

The archiving system implemented by the journal is designed to ensure the long-term preservation and reliability of scholarly content through the following principles:

  • Permanence: All published articles are preserved indefinitely to ensure long-term availability of scholarly research.
  • Integrity: Content is securely stored and protected against unauthorized modification, corruption, or loss.
  • Accessibility: Articles remain freely accessible to researchers, scholars, and the global community without interruption.

These archiving practices reflect the journal’s commitment to internationally recognized standards in digital preservation, ensuring that all published research remains secure, reliable, and continuously accessible to the global academic community.
