Digital Archiving Policy

IJRDO – Journal of Applied Science is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, integrity, and continuous accessibility of all published scholarly content. The journal adopts reliable digital archiving systems to safeguard the academic record and maintain uninterrupted access to its publications.

PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN)

All published articles are securely archived through the PKP Preservation Network, a distributed digital preservation service developed by the Public Knowledge Project.

This system preserves journal content across multiple independent and geographically distributed nodes. The distributed structure helps protect content against data loss, technical failures, cyber risks, or possible discontinuation of the journal website.

As a result, all published articles remain permanently accessible, even if the journal’s primary hosting platform becomes unavailable.

Self-Archiving Policy

IJRDO – Journal of Applied Science supports the wide dissemination of research and allows authors to archive their work in various platforms.

Authors are permitted to:

  • Deposit the published version (Version of Record) of their article
  • Share their work on personal websites, institutional repositories, or academic platforms
  • Distribute the article link freely without restriction

Conditions for Self-Archiving

  • Proper citation of the original publication in the journal must be provided
  • A link to the final published article on the journal website should be included
  • The archived version must not be altered or modified
  • The journal’s licensing terms must be respected

Self-archiving is allowed immediately after publication, with no embargo period.
