Ethical Standards

IJRDO Journal of Applied Science is devoted to the ethics in academic publishing. Responsible and transparent practices are expected to be applied by all the players in the publication process, including authors, reviewers, and editors.

Responsibilities of Authors

Original Work

Writers are required to present original studies. The work must not be duplicated, published in another place, or undergo examination in another journal.

Proper Citation

Any sources, information, and ideas borrowed should be referenced appropriately.

Data Accuracy

It is the authors who must ensure that data, results, and conclusions are accurate in their manuscript.

Multiple Submissions

Applying the same manuscript to a number of journals simultaneously is not permissible.

Authorship

Authors should only include those people who have significantly contributed to the study.

Reviewers & Editors

Responsibilities of Reviewers

Assess manuscripts in a fair and objective way
Ensure the secrecy of work submitted
Provide positive and accurate feedback
Avoid conflicts of interest in the review
 

Responsibilities of Editors

Decision-making in publication without prejudice
Assess papers according to academic standards
Keep submissions confidential
Deal with ethical issues as they arise

Plagiarism & Conflicts

Plagiarism Policy

No plagiarism is tolerated in the journal. Manuscripts are submitted and inspected to ascertain originality. Any work that is discovered to have copied or uncredited content may be rejected.

 

Conflict of Interest

Any possible conflicts of interest that could affect the research or its assessment must be reported by all authors, reviewers, and editors.

Corrections & Compliance

Corrections and Retractions

In case any errors or ethical concerns are found once the journal has been published, the journal may:

Issue corrections
Withdraw the article when appropriate

This guarantees the accuracy and reliability of published material.

 

Compliance

Any submissions should be in accordance with general academic and ethical standards. Lack of adherence can lead to loss or censorship of the published work.
